I'm from Brazil and its surprisingly different in Portugal. Most signs are different and you have to use your intuition. Some I blatantly got wrong and some I had no idea. Also, the car ones are very confusing bc that is differs from car to car. For instance, if your car doesn't have cruise control you dont know the symbol, same for flat tires. Luckly I have a car that have those but those who dont have no idea what those symbols mean.
According to Article 14 this diagram is incorrect. You stay in the inside lane unless you are coming off at the FIRST exit only.
