1. Parkscheibe
Eine Parkscheibe ist ein Hilfsmittel, mit dem die Ankunftszeit eines Fahrzeugs in einem Bereich mit begrenzter Parkdauer angezeigt wird. Der Fahrer stellt die Scheibe auf die vorgeschriebene Ankunftszeit und legt sie gut sichtbar im Fahrzeug aus.
Parkscheiben werden häufig in blauen Zonen oder anderen zeitlich begrenzten Parkbereichen verwendet. Zulässige Parkdauer, Betriebszeiten und Einstellweise richten sich nach nationalen oder örtlichen Regeln und den vorhandenen Verkehrszeichen.

Set the arrow to the first line on the disc that follows your actual arrival time. For example, if you arrive at 10:10, the disc should be set to 10:30.
How long may you normally park with a parking disc in Belgium?
Unless the traffic signs indicate different conditions, parking-disc rules normally apply from 09:00 to 18:00 on working days and allow a maximum parking period of two hours.
Can you change the time on a Belgian parking disc without moving the vehicle?
No. The indicated time may not be changed while the vehicle remains in the parking space. The vehicle must leave the parking place by the end of the permitted parking period.
