why are there so many private vehicles on our roads today that are using red and blue blinker lights installed on the windshields and or grille? isn't it only for gov't, police,ambulance and the like, used? There are so many unrully users, owners of vehicles who use those lights just to intimidate other law abiding road users. Can't the gov't do something about this matter? ASAP!

The laws of driving , and enforcement of such laws should be enforced always. Being lack all is doing is killing innocent folks. Poor excuse for corruptions in Panama officials. Double standards does not work. If they can drink , and drive they can pay the price to the piper.
