禁止標識は、その道路や状況で許可されない行為を運転者へ示す交通標識です。進入禁止、追い越し禁止、駐車禁止、速度制限、特定車種の通行禁止などの制限を課します。禁止行為を明確に示し、安全確保、交通流維持、脆弱な道路利用者保護を目的とします。
1. 進入禁止。
この標識は進入禁止を意味します。標識が設置されている方向から進入することはできません。
