Um sinal de trânsito é um símbolo visual normalizado colocado junto das estradas para orientar, avisar ou regular condutores, ciclistas e peões. Fornece informações essenciais sobre condições da estrada, regras, direções e potenciais perigos, contribuindo para segurança e fluidez. Existem em várias formas e cores, como sinais triangulares de perigo, sinais circulares de proibição ou obrigação e sinais retangulares de informação, concebidos para reconhecimento rápido e compreensão clara.
51. Passar o obstáculo pela esquerda
Este sinal indica que o trânsito deve ultrapassar um obstáculo pela esquerda. Mantenha-se à esquerda do obstáculo e siga os sinais ou marcações rodoviárias que o acompanhem.

Este sinal indica que o trânsito deve ultrapassar um obstáculo pela esquerda ou pela direita. Utilize qualquer um dos lados permitidos seguindo o traçado da via e os sinais ou marcações que o acompanhem.
