4. Limite di velocità
Un limite di velocità è la velocità massima consentita dalla legge su una strada, una corsia o in un’area delimitata. Può essere stabilito dalle norme generali oppure indicato da segnali fissi, variabili o temporanei.
Il limite di velocità è un valore massimo, non una velocità da raggiungere. I conducenti devono procedere più lentamente quando il traffico, la visibilità, il meteo, le condizioni della strada, la presenza di utenti vulnerabili o lo stato del veicolo rendono pericolosa la velocità massima consentita.

Quali limiti generali devono conoscere i conducenti di autovetture in Danimarca?
Per una normale autovettura, i limiti generali sono di 50 km/h nei centri abitati, 80 km/h sulle strade ordinarie e per veicoli a motore fuori da essi e 130 km/h in autostrada. Le strade per veicoli a motore idonee possono avere limiti segnalati fino a 100 km/h. Segui i segnali effettivi; molti tratti autostradali hanno limiti inferiori.

English • Traffic sign C 55 • Local speed limit. Sets a limit on this road section under section 42 of the Road Traffic Act. Notwithstanding section 18(2), it applies until ended by an end sign, a distance on a supplementary plate or another speed limit. A mass plate may limit it to vehicles, including combinations, whose combined maximum authorised mass exceeds the stated value. It may apply only to specified vehicles where all these types appear on the same plate: lorry with any trailer, bus or coach with trailer, car up to 3,500 kg with trailer, and motorcycle with trailer. A plate may read ‘Noise’ where that is the reason for the limit.
Dansk • Tavle C 55 • Lokal hastighedsbegrænsning. Tavlen fastsætter en lokal hastighedsbegrænsning for en strækning på den aktuelle vej, jf. færdselslovens § 42. Hastighedsbegrænsningen gælder uanset bestemmelsen i § 18, stk. 2, indtil den ophæves ved ophørstavle, ved afstandsangivelse på undertavle eller ved angivelse af anden hastighedsbegrænsning. Hastighedsbegrænsningen kan ved vægtangivelse på undertavle begrænses til kun at gælde for køretøjer, herunder vogntog, hvis samlede tilladte totalvægt overstiger den angivne. Hastighedsbegrænsningen kan begrænses til kun at gælde bestemte køretøjer, når alle følgende køretøjstyper er vist på én og samme undertavle; lastbil samt eventuelt tilkoblet påhængskøretøj, bus med påhængskøretøj, bil til og med 3.500 kg. med påhængskøretøj og motorcykel med påhængskøretøj. På undertavle kan teksten »Støj« angives, når det er årsagen til en lokal hastighedsbegrænsning.

Una strada danese per veicoli a motore consente automaticamente i 100 km/h?
No. Il limite abituale su una motortrafikvej è di 80 km/h. Sui tratti idonei possono essere segnalati fino a 100 km/h. Non dedurre il limite superiore dalla sola larghezza o dal segnale di ingresso della strada per veicoli a motore.

Un segnale autostradale danese significa sempre che si può guidare a 130 km/h?
No. Il limite generale delle autovetture è di 130 km/h, ma molti tratti hanno limiti inferiori segnalati. Possono essere inferiori anche le restrizioni per il tuo veicolo o complesso di veicoli. Usa il massimo applicabile alla strada e al veicolo effettivi.
