67. 左側通行

左側通行は、車両が通常道路の左側を走る交通制度です。左側通行国では通常、右側から追い越し、多くの車両は右ハンドルです。

慣れていない運転者は、交差点、ラウンドアバウト、右左折、道路への出入りで特に注意する必要があります。右側通行と比べて慣れた交通動作が左右逆になるためです。

What does left-hand traffic mean?

Left-hand traffic means that vehicles normally drive on the left side of a two-way road. Traffic approaching from the opposite direction therefore passes on the driver's right.
