How can you recognise a built-up area in Spain?

The settlement-entrance sign marks where built-up-area traffic rules begin; the end sign marks where they cease. The entrance sign can also display the speed applicable on that road. Other roads in the same settlement can have different speed limits, so read the actual layout and speed signs.
